Compensation Plans It is our intention to offer our Associates the most competitive opportunities in the Real Estate industry. To that end we have designed the following compensation programs. **************************************************************************************************** 100% Commission Program Associates receive 100% commission on residential and commercial transactions less a $295.00 transaction fee and 70% commission on company referrals. On transactions where the gross commission income is less than $2000.00 a reduced transaction fee of 10% will apply. |
Mentoring Plan
Experienced Associates who wish to participate as Mentors earn override commission on newly licensed or other Associates who request assistance under the following suggested terms:
25% Mentor Override Commission on Associates first 6 closed transactions:
75%* New Associate Commission less:
$295.00 transaction fee plus $50.00 E & O Insurance
Transaction Coordinator (s)Transaction Coordinator services are available to Associates at a charge of $250.00 per transaction (includes MLS Listing Fee), and are payable when file is closed. Files that have been worked on by the Coordinator but do not close require payment of $125.00.
Transaction Coordinator MLS Listing Fee
MLS listings may only be entered and maintained by company Transaction Coordinators or experienced Associates who have completed MLS training.
A $25.00 per listing fee will apply if you opt to use a Transaction Coordinator to list and maintain your MLS entry. Fees are payable when the file is submitted to coordinator for entry.
BROKERAGE COMMISSION:
A real estate brokerage commission of $295.00 is charged to the Buyer and/or Seller to defray the cost of processing and handling the Purchase/Sale of their property. This fixed commission is paid at closing directly to AmeriTeam Realty, Inc. and is not related to the selling price of the property. Associates may opt to pay this commission for their customers.
