Over the years she has served on countless committees and was elected by her peers to be a Director of the local Board of Realtors®.
She was the 2007 Local Chapter President of Women’s Council of Realtors® “Greatest” Palm Beach County Chapter. The Chapter was awarded “Gold” the highest status the year of her leadership by National WCR. In 2009 she served as Women’s Council of Realtors® Florida State District III Vice President (an elected position) and she was also elected to be a WCR Florida State Governor for 2010. Deborah was also given the 2009 National WCR Leadership Citation. Only 10 people in Florida received this award. In this position she is participating in a Broker/Owner Forum at the midyear National Association of Realtors® meetings in Washington DC. Then at Florida Realtors® she is a member of the Professional Development Committee and a Graduate of FAR Instructor Training Institute and a NAR Certified Mediator. She is a professional in everything she does as her many testimonial letters from satisfied customers and from her peers over the years can attest to. She holds her PMN Performance Management Network, GRI Graduate Realtor Institute, CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation. Deborah also has her Mortgage Brokers License and Instructor License. Deborah is a member of NAWBO – National Association of Women Business Owners. Locally she is a part of the Kids in Distress Fundraiser Gala at the Boca Raton Resort and serves on the Sol Children’s Theatre Fundraiser Auction Committee.She currently chairs the “Sarah Circle Women’s Group” at her church and is a member of MITI Mom’s in Touch International. All this while being a successful business owner, wife of 33 years and mother of 3 children.

He was born and raised in New York (Long Island), but after 11+ years, Jay knows what this wonderful area has to offer. When he is not out working with his customers, you may find Jay enjoying the popular Florida activities: Offshore fishing, scuba diving, golfing, rollerblading along A1A, and canoeing in the everglades. So whether Jay is in the office writing a contract, out showing property, fishing 25 miles offshore, or chasing a lobster 60 ft beneath the ocean's surface, he is always only minutes away from contact with his customers.

Whether it is to buy or sell a home or investment property, Cathy always strives to go above and beyond to help her clients meet their goals. She specializes in South Palm Beach County but is always delighted to help her customers wherever they need her. Cathy especially enjoys working in the 55+ and second home market. Cathy has a passion for public education and has served on the School Advisory Council for Carver Middle School and South Tech High School. She is a founding Board Member of South Tech Charter Academy and has served as Secretary, Vice Chairperson and has been the Chairperson for the past two years. Toni Long has been Deborah Bacarella's Administrative Assistant and Office Manager since May 2007. Prior to that, she was in the Hospitality Industry - mostly hotel management. She was born in Buffalo, N.Y. and lived most of her adult life in Northeast Ohio. After many years of visiting South Florida at least twice a year, she and her husband decided to make the move! They have now been here for nearly 5 years and continues to love every minute of it. Which explains why she enjoys assisting Deborah and her staff, any way she can to help others find their place in the sun! Marjorie Miller first became involved in the Real Estate Industry in 1987 when she moved to Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to living in Boca, she lived in Jericho, New York, and was in the human resources/ personnel industry. Marjorie attended Boston University majoring in Business Administration and is now a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. She has been successful in working with buyers and sellers. She specializes in New and Resale properties in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach. She is a multi-million dollar producer.
Jay Stein has been a Florida resident for over 11 years. He has been working with Florida Sunshine Real Estate since 2003. With over 22 years experience in sales and customer service in various industries, Jay is a natural at personalizing service and has an insatiable appetite for providing an extra effort for his customers. Jay is currently working with buyers and sellers in the following areas of real estate: Pre / new construction, investments, relocation, first time home buyers, second / vacation homes, upsizing and downsizing. With a booming market of single family homes, condos, and townhouses from on or near the water to out west near the everglades, Jay is selling them all.
